In this two-day in-person course, you will learn the basics of mindfulness meditation through a series of readings, reflections and guided mindfulness practices. This course also covers current scientific research on mindfulness and the brain, emotion regulation and compassion. Learn how to become a calmer, happier and more relaxed person in this engaging and interactive course.
